None of our products are pre-prepared or pre-packaged
All items are hand checked, labelled & packaged to order

In most circumstances (not guaranteed), orders received before 3pm Mon-Fri & 11am Sat
will be shipped that same day, with all orders after these times being processed the following the day or next available opportunity.

Our shipping prices are based on size & weight of products ordered,We offer:
2 Business Days(typically Royal Mail 1st Class/Tracked 48) 
& 1 Business Day (Royal Mail Tracked 24)

We use these services to not only ensure that delivery is as prompt as possible but should there be a delay, we retain full proof of postage & tracking details where possible to help trace the item, insure the item for its value so costs can be recouped & where needed products reissued quickly with as little inconvenience as possible. 

When tracking numbers are issued for your order they'll be included in your shipping confirmation email, so be sure to make a note of it to follow for your package's delivery

We do not ship orders on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Holiday Periods for 2026 where orders cannot be shipped,

Good Friday - Fri 3rd April
Easter Monday - Mon 6th April
Early May Bank Holiday - Mon 4th May
Spring Bank Holiday - Mon 25th May
Summer Bank Holiday - Mon 31st August
Christmas Eve - Thurs 24th Dec
Christmas Day - Fri 25th Dec
Boxing Day - Sat 26th Dec

The only other exception for same day dispatching is with orders including custom hook baits & tipper sticks. These products are all made to order based on your chosen specifications, making us unable to ship these items out on the same or within one working day time frame like our tackle ranges. We would normally expect around a 3-4 day turn around before the full & completed order is ready to be shipped, but obviously during busy periods this may be longer. You will always be contacted once an order has been placed outlining delivery times for baits, but if you wanted a rough guide on a timeline you can always contact us in advance & we can give you a better idea on timings.

Free 'Standard - Royal Mail 1st Class/Tracked 48' Shipping is applied for orders over £30,
Whilst orders of £45 or more will be able to get free '1 Business Day - Royal Mail Tracked 24' shipping if required

We understand that there have been many changes within various country's custom protocols where import charges & release fees may apply.
