Now also more commonly found to be used a sleeve for the ever popular Ronnie/Spinner rig eliminating the need for shrink tubing, with it also being easily removed it gives the access to change hooks without tying a whole new rig. Making one of the easiest and most effective rigs to tie even easier to use and with better functionality.
