These great tackle items are a convenient way of being able to protect knots & swivels to a whole host of rigs with the added extra of being tungsten impregnated meaning they will also help balance your hook bait without the need for the use of putty. This comes incredibly useful if fishing weedy/snaggy waters, lake beds with lots of debris or even Crayfish where you run the risk of the putty getting ripped off making your rig not as effective as it should be.
