Tail Rubbers are a vital part to any Lead Clip style setup.
Sliding over the lead clip to secure to lead in place, also being able to secure your rig tubing for a neat presentation. But they also bring with them a safety aspect. In the event of getting snagged up or snapping line, with gentle pressure the tail rubber will be pushed of the setup allowing the lead to be dropped aiding in fish safety.
 
These are also ideal for using to secure your lead if fishing a standard or drop off in-line style set up.
